Farmer’s Market on May 31

Saturday’s farmer’s market was nice as usual. It is festive, the people are nice, and there are excellent photographic opportunities. An incredible choice of amazing foods were on display. Most are fully organically grown and use choice ingredients.

I came late for just the last half hour of the farmer’s market. So the photos are of “what’s left”. The pastries and breads have been in the sun for hours, but they still look amazingly good. The pictures below capture some of the event, some of the people, some of the food and vegetables.

I had not eaten so I had one of these $1 cookies shown below. These are large, and the M&M’s are great.

I ran out of money. I wish I had bought this asparagus as well as some kale (not shown).

It was a nice moderately warm Saturday at the end of May (effectively summer) and it was well attended.
