Here are an assortment of foods that I munch on to try to stay healthy.

  • The first picture shows some spaghetti and meatballs with yerba mate mixed in. I have commented in previous posts about the health benefits of yerba mate. I am not so sure about the healthiness of the spaghetti though.
  • Navel oranges were on sale and orange slices are always tasty and healthy.
