Here is a very simple hamburger dish that is also very tasty. For me this is a good old stand by dinner that is reasonably healthy and not expensive.
Chop some potatoes and onions and fry them in olive oil. A mistake that I made here is that I should have chopped the potatoes a little smaller.
Also fry some hamburger, pour off the fat, and mix in the vegetables as shown below. Lightly salt it for a little extra taste.
The final ingredient, which is about the best and simplest seasoner, is to add a can of cream of mushroom soup. This is shown below. It looks a little gross, but it tastes great. It is simple and not real expensive.
