Our classic car show was held last Saturday (June 2). This yearly show has been taking place for over 10 years now. Many beautiful cars were on display.
Here are some photos from State St., the Square, and nearby.
There are a few new stores and some are leaving. Many have been there a long time.

The farmer’s market is underway and the first ones started out with cold weather. The market opens around mid April.
Wisconsin farmers are hard working, creative, and friendly. I enjoy photographing the wonderful works at the farmer’s market on Saturday.
Construction for the Judge Doyle Square building complex has begun a few months ago. Construction is in its beginning stages.
The classic Mifflin St. block party for 2018 was quite large. For the last few years including this year, the party has not been planned or sanctioned: but it has “happened” nonetheless. This year it was larger than in the previous several years. The streets nearby were very crowded also. Police had to close some of the streets due to the crowd size.
I attended to grab a few photos. It has been a few years since I have photographed this event.
Madison’s second night market was held around a month ago.
