The Capitol Square is really beautiful year ’round. In spring it is decorated with beautiful flowers. I frequently photograph it.

Farmer’s market at the end of June
I began last Saturday’s farmer’s market looking to buy things like onions, kale, and anything else interesting. I often bring my camera and try to capture some of the abundant beauty to be found.

I attended one of the first farmer’s market of the season of 2014. This is at a time when the buds are just coming out and people are still wearing coats. The first farmer’s markets are quite early in the season, although I don’t remember the date. Here are a few photos from one of these first farmer’s markets.
