Freaky Freakfest preparation
Madison’s Freakfest Halloween celebration is just starting as I publish this post. Here are a few photos that got snapped as I was traversing State Street hours before this classic event.

This is a great Halloween costume.
Freakfest, Madison’s “official” Halloween festival, is Oct. 26 this year. People, especially children, were dressed up in their costumes the day before, which is when this photo was taken.
