The Square is pretty pretty in spring
The Capitol Square is really beautiful year ’round. In spring it is decorated with beautiful flowers. I frequently photograph it.
Changes on State Street
State Street is a constantly changing place. Previous blog posts have noted changes as well. I document some of the changes, but possibly not all.

She performs on YouTube here, and see the band’s Facebook page.
Warm day in early spring
The city comes to life on a warm day in early spring. People were enjoying the cafes, roller blades, ice cream, and the general festivity.
Political State St. – primary time
Madison tends to lean somewhat left, so this sign on State Street might be a bit unusual.
Sanders event at the Orpheum Theater
Madison’s Orpheum theater is holding an important political event today.
Apparently this meeting is free and open to the public. The news said Sanders would even be there.
