I walk by lots of people eating attractive and tasty food.
These dishes are all being eaten outdoors in those quaint little street side cafes.

The change of season is always kind of nice. The buds are just starting to come out. These shots were taken over the last week or two.
The first farmer’s market is always kind of exciting, and it occurred just last Saturday (April 20). There was a better turnout than I expected and also considering the cold weather of around 35 degrees. There was lots of nice merchandise. Madison’s farmer’s market is one of the best in the nation.
Thanks to many of you for visiting my business pages. I have spent a lot of time and otherwise have made a large investment in trying to create a set of high-quality analysis, graphics, and so on. Thanks to many of you for recognizing this and for spending time studying my business pages.
People like my art sketches! They are the most searched for item on this site. Autumn leaves are also very popular.
This fellow, Rich, proudly wears his veterans cap. He served in Vietnam and flew over 400 bombing missions. His cap makes a strong statement. It is too bad that more people do not appreciate the contributions and sacrifices that these brave people made.
Some of my previous posts have discussed yerba mate. It is a neat food to experiment with. I find myself using it to make teas, and it can be put into almost any food. Sometimes I put it into vegetable dishes. Here in the photos below, I am putting it into Campbell’s soups. First I have added 2 tbsp. of yerba mate (with stems) to chicken noodle soup.
And the picture below shows yerba mate in Campbell’s tomato soup.
I had both of these soups together and it made a nice meal. The total of 4 tbsp. of yerba mate is a healthy addition that has many excellent health benefits.
When you’re hungry there is nothing like a tasty wiener sandwich with cheese and mustard. The bread here is high fiber bread, but otherwise this is not the healthiest of meals.
Here I am having a yerba mate tea as shown below.
This tea is easy to make. I put a tablespoon of stem less yerba mate into a cup and fill with water. Then microwave it for around 1:20. It makes a healthy and tasty tea.
One can also use a tea bag, although I ingest the tea directly. To me, this adds to the overall effect.
Yerba mate is healthy in many respects, and it is especially good for making teas. Read up on yerba mate on Wikipedia to learn of the many health benefits.
